I am in the market for a new converter for my C4, its behind a mild 302 but I plan on building the motor up to around 400hp range & using it for street/strip, can anyone recommend a peice that would be streetable but higher than stock? & being I plan to put miles on it what Is a good brand to go with?

You will need to select all of your other parts before thinking about TQ. What TQ you use depends on the combination and what vehicle, street/strip, or both. Many things come into play

I have everything selected & my combination ready -on paper- the reason I want to get a converter is because I have my transmission out at the moment & my current one needs to be replaced & its a good time to do it. Like I say it will be street and strip. If it helps any I just bought 3.73s for it as well.
(the car already has a few suspension & engine mods, is a low 300hp 302)
