I had a good day at the track on Saturday running a personal best of 11.19 so I decided I would change my oil at the track. I removed the magnetic drain plug and guess what I found? A piece of metal about 1cm long with a hole in the middle. I had no idea what it was and no one else did either. I removed the valve covers and by luck found it was one of the oil fittings that is located on top of the rocker at the back where the pushrod fits in the pocket. It was broken clean off and fell all the way down the head into the pan past my windage tray and onto the magnet. I bit of luck I would say other than the part breaking. Has anyone had this problem or even heard of it? I called Crane and they want me to send it in to them. I put a new one on at the track.------------------ 351c 4v clsd heads 60'1.53 1/8 7.09@94 1/4 [email protected]
