How much power can a 90's 351w block handle? For that matter what about a 60's block?

I was told a stock block 351w can handle 400-450hp.------------------ SCOOP oddly obsessed with big scoops on little Mustangs 65 coupe,351w,C4,Big Boss 429 hood scoop,8" 3.40 TracLoc. My Pics

I have to agree with Dubz. Yeah, the stock '74 block in Mel's '66 is at 500 or so horses and I woundn't be afraid to put a 200 shot on it. SteveW
