How do you get the front pump out of this thing. It's for my 69 and I have a 351C in it but i broke the front hub and need to replace the front pump but can't get it out. Any help is appriciated..

Typically you would pull off the pan and valve body. Then pry "gently" between planetary shell and the rear planetary. The pump will pop right out. To keep the internals from falling out with the pump, you can tighten the front band up on the drum. Don't forget to reset the band adjustment when you are done.
