I just got off the phone with Com Cams tech line and they suggested the following custom grind for my setup. These specs seem huge for my setup. What are your thoughts.

Current setup is:
289 +.030 decked .020 stock crank w/ARP Studs
stock rods w/ARP bolts
66 C6OE heads decked .030 1.94/1.6 full port and polish screw-in studs, guide plates, roller rockers
KB116 .200 dome pistons
Solid lift cam 238/248 @ .050 .512/.533 lift 112 LS
Victor Jr intake port matched to heads
1 5/8 open headers
Holley 700cfm
Duraspark II ign timing locked out at 36 degrees.

Comp Cams recommended cam specs:
Grind # FS 7131/7133 S 108
Solid
108 LS
Intake @ .050 243 lift .578
Exhaust @ .050 251 lift .594
