Anyone here use one? I'm wondering how accurate they really are. If you have used one, have you compared it to your timeslip at the track?I found a place to get a G Tech Pro for $50 and was wondering if it was worth trying out.

I've got the Gtech pro. Never been able to compare it to a track timeslip, but it is still a very useful tool. I've been able to knock .75 seconds off the 1/4 mile time of my 71 XR-7 using it. I make an adjustment, go "run" the car and compare it to my last times. Car now runs much better and gets better mileage...

That's cool. I guess it could be a pretty useful tuning tool. $50 is a decent price right?

Joe I've read that they are real close to real track time. It would be a great tuning tool, for someone who can't get to the track but a few times a year. ------------------ SCOOP oddly obsessed with big scoops on little Mustangs 65 coupe,351w,C4,Big Boss 429 hood scoop,8" 3.40 TracLoc. $50 is a really good price, considering that they were selling for $130 for years. I got mine at a swap for $30 NIB.
