The harmonic balancer I have on my 331 is off a (from what I've been told) 351W and the timing marks are on the opposite side of the balancer.. My old one was shot and the speed shop that did the internal balancing said they would find one and throw it on..We have TDC marked to my pointer,, but I need to get it degreed.. OPTIONS: Timing Tape,, Find the correct balancer,, Put an after market Pointer on opposite side.. What do you guys think.. Thanks.. ------------------ Don 6T6 Fastback 331 STROKER,, WC T-5 Royal Blue Metallic w/Ghost Flames http://mustangsandmore.50megs.com/MembersPics/BigD.html

I'm looking into using timing tape. It should be much easier to see than the marks on the balancer.

DonFirst find the true TDC and mark it, then use timing tape and you'll be all set. SteveW
