I got the kit that Innovate Motorsports makes. It's a wide-band O2 meter, and doubles as a data-logger (44mins of log time). It records the air/fuel ratio (as well as displays it) and has a provision for another cable, which you hook up to sensors to data log those. Really nice kit; I ended up paying $400 for the kit and an exhaust pipe to read A/F ratio from the tailpipe.

Anyway, the cable has a port to hook up a tach, as well as 5 other sensors, as long as they output no more than 5V. So I was thinking that I would want to record RPM, TPS, and MAP (as well as A/F ratio). I think then even I could get my cars tuned right.

So, I know MSD makes a 1 bar MAP sensor that I can use (anything I can get at a JY?), but what can I do for a TPS sensor and bracket for my Holley DP (and Holley VS and 4100)?

Thanks!

My advice for building & buying:
1. "Never Assume!"
2. "Pay me now or pay me later."
3. "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."

Very cool. You can use those on the tailpipe? I thought they have to be by the header collector or exhaust manifold to be accurate.

As long as you are measuring a car w/o catalytic converters, it's OK to measure at the tail pipe. (At least thats what they tell me.)
