I need some help from you.
Which timing and spark plug gap is the best for a 95 5.0 GT and a 70 351C-2V?

Depends on the type of ignition system your using. I've had great success with .045

Just don't use Platimum Plugs.

The ignition in the 95 is original in the 70 just an MSD blaster coil.
