What is the Approximant life span of a set of aluminum rods (Roughly a little over 6.0" long) in a 3k lb. car with a 351W and C4, running in the low 10's high 9's?

Most rule of thumb is toss after 150 runs.

Depends on the brand.
Most of todays premium aluminum rods are good for 200-250 runs and are rebuildable.
