I'm thinking about one of their spacers. Do they live up to their claims of an additional 30 hp with their spacers? Are any of you using one ?

I'm looking into one of these as well My question is, are they effective on a dual plane manifold (RPM AirGap)? ------------------ 1965 GT coupe, 333ci aluminum headed/solid cammed stroker, four speed, 3.70:1 9" All Blue Oval, no blue bottle http://mustangsandmore.50megs.com/V8Thumper.html

It never gets to 30-40, I'll pick up the phone before that ever happens.

I looked at the thread showing the Wilson carb spacer for $65 and that's an open spacer, not the higher priced tapered spacer. I've worked extensively with both the HVH & Wilson tapered spacers in various carb bore dimensions and those will be quite a bit more expensive than your run of the mill spacers. But...the tapered spacers work!!!!! I have indeed picked up a bonafide 28HP using a Wilson 2" tapered spacer with the 1.750" bores in conjunction with with a Moroso 4 hole spacer on top of that on the dyno.------------------ Ted E. Fe's are plenty fast, but "Y"'s are fun when they run in the nines.

Digging this one up from the past guys....I see alot of talk about the Wilson 1"4 hole spacer...I am currently using the 2" version on my 306/victor jr/afr185/750dp.Is the 2" too much?Do you think a 1" would work better? If ya need more info on my set up let me know... I know it may be a trial and error deal but wanted some opinions before I spend another 130 bucks! Im fairly new to this site but you guys seem great and very knowledgeable! Thanks for your time!
