just got my street caltracs from calvert racing real nice, once i install them how do i adjust them, dont know much about these traction bars but they sure will look nice, car is 69mach1 408w.

Sit in the car and have someone adjust them until they just contact the springs, then add an extra turn. Start from there.

John Calvert told me to start at 1/4 turn preload in the top hole. He said the full range of adjustment is a 1/8" air gap to 1 full turn preload. For slick track conditions the lower hole will work better. Most of the Stock Eliminator cars that I have seen use the lower hole.
