I know of a guy that has a Strip Dominator for a Cleveland. It has the ports raised. Does anyone have any experience with a filled Strip Dom? I know about the as cast ones, but have never even heard of one filled. The engine it would be going on will be high comp, big solid roller, big rpm. I have a set of heads that are filled, I just haven't used them yet. Also, can you run alcohol with epoxy in the runners? What do you guys think? Thanks, Matt.

what is the purpose of filling in part of the intake hole on a cleveland head? i know nothing about them. there is a cleveland for sale here and i noticed that it had been done to it. if anyone is interested, the guy wants $1000 for it. it has never been turned over. still has lube on the bottom of the lifters. supposedly has $1000 worth of dome pistons and a .6xx lift cam. the heads have a 4 stamped on each end. complete long block except for oil pan.

When you fill the bottom of Cleveland ports there is almost no loss of airflow. Therefore you have increased the port flow rate and not lost any significant flow mass. Lazy airflow rate is a common problem of factory displacement Clevelands.
