Im ordering a converter and they ask for motor plate thickness....what the hell is this?

Aldo,

You don't have one, so it's 0. A motor plate is an aluminum plate that goes between the engine and trans and mounts the engine to your frame. That's a rear motor plate anyway, there is also a front motor plate that mounts the front of the engine to the frame.
