The cross ram top used two 600 CFM 4150 cathedra bowl vaccum secondary Holley carbs with a ball bearing cross over linkage that was specifically designed for the Ram Box.
The single 4V top was to use a 780 Holley.
My experiance was very good with the Ram Box.
In a test comparison I did for Super Ford Magazine in 1980 (I think)the Ram Box came in #2 of the 5 intakes we tested.
There was no Victor back then so we could only use what was available at the time.
It was (and is) predominatly a mid range intake and made phenominal power there.
My best experiaces with it was in a supercharged application where it made more power than any other intake at the time.
