would it just run sluggish or not work?

in my heavy car (3700-3900lbs) with my 351W

It will be fine with my previously recomended 6000 RPM neutral drops.

i'm gonna have to try the neutral dropping as it's sounding better and better

would the car be a dog off the line if i kept the stock converter? guessing the stock one would stall 1600 or so (just a guess), so i'd be 600rpm too low. Would it stall, or just be hard to keep from lurching forward?

With the stock converter, using that cam, your big heavy car will more than likely be a dog off the line.
