I've got a set of closed chambered 351C cylinder heads and I've been thinking about building a Boss 351W.

Now, I have the bottom end all figured out using a 3.850" stroker crank and 6.200" rods and Boss 302 pistons.... If I remember correctly.... I need to look at my notes to be sure about the specs.

Now for my question... What intake?

Probably any 9.2 deck intake with Cleveland ports.

-Price Motorsports- offers the above intake (CLEVOR) for 2V heads. Talk with them about 4V heads.

Buster,
My Clevor used the Boss 302 pin height. You may want to redo your math. With a 6.200 rod, 1.530 Boss 302 pin height, and 3.54" stroke crank, that'll equal 9.5", which is the 351W deck height. For my combo, I ran a 6.125 rod and decked the early 9.48 deck block down to 9.409" then ran a 3.50" stroke. That put my piston .004" in the hole. As for the intake, I ran an SVO intake (I think it was for the C302B SVO heads) and ran Roush "spoons" in the intake ports of the heads to raise the port floor high enough for the SVO intake to match properly.

He's running a 9.5" deck, so he'll need an intake for a 9.5" deck
with Cleveland ports. There are several possibilities:

B&A Street or Track Boss - Both are street type intakes with 2V
ports. The Street Boss is a dual plane and the Track Boss is
similar to the Weiand Xcelerator 351C-2V single plane.

Price Motorsport - They have adpaters to run 351C-4V intakes on
a 351W block and are also working on an intake.

Terry Parker - Australian intake manufacturer. He may be working
on an intake for Cleveland heads on Windsor block. It will likely
be an intermediate port size (between 2V and 4V).

Ford Motorsport - Made a couple of intakes for C302B heads on
Windsor block. The M-9424-C351 is a single plane, air-gap style,
race intake. Has integral thermostat housing (like a Windsor
intake). Made by Edelbrock for Ford Motorsport. M-9424-A351
is single plane air-gap style intake without thermostat housing
(need a remote thermostat housing). Made for Ford Motorsport by
Roush. Port size for both intakes is C302 which is narrower with
a raised floor relative to a 4V.

If I were doing this, I'd opt for one of the Motorsport intakes
and run a set of the Roush intake stuffers to raise the head port
floor.
