Other than reducing underhood temps, and looking better, are there any benifits to using ceramic coated headers (the coating that comes on hookers comp headers)deciding between the 6901 headers and the 6901-1 what would the life expectancy be on both? ------------------ 1974 Tank(351W/c6) My Page everyone jumps on me when i say anything

i've been told if you apply the paint to headers that have been warmed with a torch it will bake the paint on and look snazzy for a really long time. I was just wondering about the lifetime of either, i don't want to have to spend $300 every 10 years if i can spend 150 every 6

Coating is on the inside too. See you have protection both inside and out. ------------------ CRUISE NIGHT http://www.geocities.com/phillycruisenite/ "TRAILERS ARE FOR BOATS" "Ray, The Wise A$$ Philly Guy" PHOTO ALBUMS http://community.webshots.com/user/7dmach1 [This message has been edited by 7DMACH1 (edited 02-19-2004).]
