Bought a set of speed pro lifters from a fellow who stated that all of the lifters were new. Four of the lifters face is shiny, not dull like the rest of them. I cant find any signs of wear on the four shiny ones, but Im thinking they are used? Anybody have any opinions. By the way they are solid lifters if that matters. Chilled Iron Speed Pro's.

Sounds like a mixed batch or box to me.
They can be shiny or dull on the face.
Used lifters will have swirl marks.
