How do they measure sock axle lengths, Is it end to end or end to the bearing? On 67-70 Mustang the stock lengths are 31-1/8�� and 27-1/16��!

Is that to the inside or 0utside flange edge?

Wheel side of the axle flange to the spline end. Or the side the drum goes against.
