Forgive me if I asked this before, but I don't recall........

I have a spare Boss302 block that I want to stroke and build up to 400+hp. Does anyone know of a good machine shop in the NY area that does this kind of work/rebuilding. I want to go all out and remain streetable on this engine. Any tips, leads, clues or serious advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
