Has anyone used Comp.engineering bolt in subframes and welded them in? They say no modifications.Does that mean no floorpan cutting?How do they fit?This is for my 68 stang.

Ok I did a search and had my questions all answered.I'm getting the CE bolt ons and welding them.

I have the bolt on CE one's and they fit great and when I take the car in the exhaust shop they will be an easy weld. ------------------

Yep, I installed a pair under my '69 Mach I & I'd recommend them. I think they are a much better design (stronger) than the cheaper CE units and I didn't have to cut the floorboards to install them. I'd spend the $$ and do it again in a NY minute! It launches nice and straight ever since! Ryan ------------------
