I set up my Valve train today (installed pushrods, roller rockers, and set the proper lifter preload) but i am worried that the Cam Lube (Moly Lube)i put on my cam and the engine assembly lube i put on the bearings got wiped away while i turned the motor over several times in order to set up the Valve train. (I put a good amount of cam lube on the cam and lifters when i installed them and i put a good amount of engine assembly lube on the bearings)

What do you guys think?

please let me know thanks.

It'll be fine, just BE SURE to prime that oil pump before firing it off for the first time, either with a priming tool or a long extension with a 1/4" socket glued on the end. Spin it counter-clockwise with a speed wrench or drill motor; dosen't have to spin real fast. You'll feel it load up big time, and hear squishing noises
Fill the carb with fuel, stab the dist with some advance so it'll light quick.
Continue with your camshaft break-in procedure

YEP!

Prime it first like Todd, V8Thumper said and you're good to go.
