Last we left you the Cuda owner stroked his 340 to a 416. He was running 11.8's before stroking and dropped to 11.11. The best I could reach with my combination was 11.700.I had another engine mishap due to faulty work by the machine shop so I took the engine to where the Cuda took his. I now have 60 more rear wheel horse and 60 more foot pounds of torque according to the chassis dyno. 471 rear wheel horse 476 ft lbs torque. I also went back to 30 lb steel flywheel over the aluminum. Should be closer now. Also he changed from his automatic to a 4 speed. It may take him some time to practice up on launching and shifting under pressure.
