I am guessing that my car has about 280-300 hp I am currently running 13.3 @ 102 mph I have taken the Power valves out and installed plugs then I installed 72 jets square do you think I should jet up?

I have never checked the plugs right after a race or TT so I wouldn't know about the plug colour

Try 75's square and see if it picks up e.t./mph. If it helps then go up to 78's, etc., etc....until 60' or mph start to suffer, then go back to last jetting and try changing one set at a time for finetuning.
