I know there is no set rule but I was just wondering how often you get it rebuilt. My car runs high 11's and I've been running it for 2 years racing almost every other weekend. I log about 100 passes a year. My times are still consistant with last year.
Thanks,
Brian

Personally I think you should have it "freshened" every year. It costs much less than a major melt down and insures that it will live a lot longer.

This is my own feelings. Five dollares and my feelings will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks

I normally have mine gone thru every year also. But, during a normal season, I put around 200-225 passes on it.

With your car, every 2 years should be safe. At least that's what I would do if the trans is still working good.

Actually I'm at 138 passes so far this year so I will be around 170 at years end.
I will take it out this year and refresh every 2.
