chet herbert sells this motor complete with canfield 192cc heads intake to pan for $4000. Also comes with I beam rods,steel crank and dish pistons. seems to me this will make an easy 450HP. What does every one think?

Do they list any other specs like block used(new old stock,rebuilt used)cam,max torque, brand of intake? Some of the crate motors out there start out with a used block.
