What is the difference between the two of them? I have a 5.0 laying in the shed I that I got for free. It turns over, and the heads are E7TE castings. I will be tearing it down sometime soon. So if there is any internal differences please let me know of them. Thanks, Brandon.

Quickest way is the throttle body on an HO is on the passenger side, and on a regular 5.0 it's on the driver's side.

Thanks for the info Steve, but when I got it, there was no intake and the owner didn't know where it even came from, but the cylinders look great with no ridge or rust! Can you say cheap buildup!
