Okay, will this setup work? I've seen people mention in passing that you can't run the Shelby style side exits with subframe connectors? I've not seen a pic of a car with subframe connectors and sidepipes?
Also, this article here:
http://www.mustangandfords.com/howto/89059/index.html
mentions a drawing with dimensions, but theres no drawing? How long would the main tubes be for a 65? I can figure out the rest of the dimensions from bits of the article...
Thanks Guys
Ben

32valve GT350

Interresting article. Does anyone know what issue it is from? I subscribe to Mustangs and Fords, but have not seen this one.
Most of the mags use these articles as a teaser to get you to subscribe. You get just enough information to peak your interest, but not enough to complete the job (drawings).

Go to "spintechmufflers.com" they show it and also have a link to a Car Craft article that has more pictures of exactly what it sounds like you want. Spintech sells an entire kit for this. I did it myself with the Spintech side exhaust mufflers, long tube headers and an x pipe. Sounds and runs great.

Well... I looked at their site... and its not there. no link, no nothing. All I could find was this on their news page:
SPINTECH to expand MUSTANG markets

SPINTECH has developed an all new design in Sub-Frame Connectors that offer more ground clearance and are stronger than anything else available. This will allow you to run SPINTECHs side exhaust and still maintain enough ground clearance...priced at $149.95 they are worth every dollar.

No pictures, no links.
