thumpin cat Gearhead Posts: 231 From: Registered: Mar 2002	posted 08-01-2003 03:14 PM On my 450+ horse 351w with 750 Mighty Demon i want to run 3/8in line from the fuel tank to the fuel block, then run two #6 hoses to the carb. Does that sound ok? or should i step up to #8 hose for the connection that goes from fuel block to carb? please help me out thanks. IP: Logged

N266fords Gearhead Posts: 503 From: Spokane ,WA USA Registered: Apr 2003	posted 08-01-2003 05:58 PM yes that will be fine for 450 hp. if you add something like nitrious just use a seperate fuel line and pump..T-Bird is right though if you where changing it run 1/2 line..Like i am for my 393 its 1/2 braided inner and outer for strenght..Bruce IP: Logged

I just realized it wont make sense to use #8 line from the fuel block to the carb because the rest of the fuel line is still 3/8in. Am i right? please let me know thanks. IP: Logged
