Is it ok if the Camshaft Dowl Pin that came with my Comp Cam is a tad taller than the one thats is on my stock 351w cam? Also i was able to just push the Dowl Pin in to the Cam with my hands, is that ok? or should it have a tighter fit? Should i use the taller or shorter Dowl Pn that came with my Comp Cam?

sorry for all the dumb questions but i dont want to mess up.

please help me out thanks.

As long as the new pin doesn't cause the timing gear not to seat correctly you can use it. As far as the press fit goes, if there is ANY side to side play, don't use it. A snug press fit is fine, I would prefer to have to tap it in, but any wiggle once it is in there is a bad thing.

Depends on which fuel pump eccentric you are using as to which pin to use. The long pin is for the later model 1 piece eccentric and the shorter pin is for the early model 2 piece fuel pump eccentric.
