I have heard you can use Taurus electric fans in place of the belt driven fan. I picked up a single speed Taurus fan out of a 3.0 V6 Taurus today from the local junkyard. Will this fan provide sufficient cooling? your help will be appreciated. IP: Logged

steve'66 Gearhead Posts: 9489 From: Sonoma,CA,USA Registered: Mar 2000	posted 07-06-2003 01:07 AM The two speed fan blows more air on low than most aftermarket fans. The only drawback to the single speed is that it'll draw a bunch of amperage, maybe up to 40 amps. So size your wires and relay accordingly. Good luck, SteveW IP: Logged
