Hello i have a 68 stang with a 400 horse 351w. I have heard you can use Taurus electric fans in place of the belt driven fan. I picked up a single speed Taurus fan out of a 3.0 V6 Taurus today from the local junkyard. Will this fan provide sufficient cooling?your help will be appreciated.

thanks for your help, i was kind of worried because most people i talked to said they were using the 2 speed Taurus fan and the one i have is a single speed.

The two speed fan blows more air on low than most aftermarket fans. The only drawback to the single speed is that it'll draw a bunch of amperage, maybe up to 40 amps. So size your wires and relay accordingly. Good luck,SteveW
