What differances if any are there between a Mustang II and a 80-90 Mustang rack? Steering ratios, power steering valveing ect?

I beleive I need the 80-90 Mustang rack.

If I provide a picture could someone tell me what type of rack it is?

I "think" not positive but think that both of the units in the picture are Mustang 2. One is manual the other power steering. I have a manual one in my car. I bought it from Flaming River to go with an aftermarket front end A arm kit.
