I'm always looking for more ways to learn about just about anything mechanical. I'm going to be building a street/strip 302 (hopefully 347) for my '66 coupe soon. I feel like I know these motors fairly well, but I'm still a bit confused about valvetrain issues, such as the difference between hydraulic vs roller cams etc. I'm just wondering if anyone can point me to a good website or book with info on SBF valvetrain info. Hehe, I guess you could say I need to be "Valve-trained." Thanks, Brandon

Awesome! Thanks for the responses. I actually answered a lot of my questions by reading through the tech archives on this site last night. Didn't know they were there until after I posted this thread! Who knew? Brandon
