I know a crank scraper and windage tray don't cost a lot, but are they work the time and effort or not? If they are which windage tray is better, a screen type or a solid metal one?

For a street/strip car like mine, my engine builder advised me to go with a solid windage tray and no scraper. His reasoning was that screen can weaken and scraper tabs can break off, sending metal through the motor. Don't forget to cut a hole in the windage tray for oil dipstick.

I put a Ford Motorsport windage tray (sheet metal) under my rotating assembly because it's an inexpensive bolt-in. Unless you're spinning it to the moon sustained, I doubt you'll ever 'feel' the results of a scraper; especially concidering all the time and effort that goes into making one. .060 max between the scraper and rotating assembly, that takes some doing to fit, grind, fit grind, fit, grind, crap, I went too far, start over, fit, grind, blah blah blah blah...

O.k. which windage tray would you guys suggest? This one: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=MIL%2D32210

or this one: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=FMS%2DM6687A302

Will these windage trays bolt right up using the stock bolts or arp main bolts, or do they need special studs? Will either one of these or both fit in my stock 302 oil pan? It is a front sump pan. How much of a horsepower gain do you think that I would see by using a windage tray? The motor should put out right around 335 horsepower.

I don't know about the Milodon tray, but the FMS part is a complete kit with main bolts embossed with mounting pedestals, drilled and tapped for the supplied attaching hardware. It's literaly a complete kit, ready to install (that's the one I've got). You're likely to see 8-10 horsepower from a windage tray, and shouldn't have any clearance problems with a stock oil pan.
Note: If building a stroker, the tray will needed to be shimmed down to clear the rod bolts. No biggie, but you may then be into clearance issues with a stock pan
