I do not have a alternator at this time due to installation of elect. CSI water pump--still need to figure out how to set up. What is best battery to use in this case where I will use battery charger between rounds? Thanks

Jim, I run an Optima and it has served me well. I don't run an alternator either. Although I am thinking about adding one in the not to distant future. ------------------ Jerry 69 Mustang Pro ET Drag 70 Mustang retired former footbrake car "Whiskey for my men, beer for my Horses" -- Toby Keith

For racing and light weight, I like the Reactor product, but in a bracket car you can't beat the Champion Group 31 batteries at Sam's Club for the price and performance.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 First SS/MA in the TENS!
