Author Topic:   Motorcraft 4300D Carb Questions Daniel Jones Gearhead Posts: 495 From: St. Louis, MO Registered: Aug 99 posted 05-08-2003 12:14 PM                Do all the Motorcraft 4300D spread bore carbs have the same flow rating? I've seen 715 and 750 CFM claimed for the 4300D's. Anyone know which is correct? Do the Boss or HO models flow more or are they just jetted differently? I've also been told AMC made a special float for the 4300 carbs that changed the pivot some how to eliminate fuel starvation during cornering. Anyone know the details? Dan Jones IP: Logged
