Hey gang. Its been a while since I posted in here. But I been lurking.. Anyway, I am in need of a new helmet. Mine is Old, and probably not even legal anymore. Where's the best prices? And I would rather go somewhere and try one on. Any suggestions? Someone told me to go to the closest "bike shop" and get one. But Im betting that wouldnt pass tech? Thanks, Shell

Summit is good or Helment City. Best value is the Bell Magnum. That's what we use. Make sure you get the lastest Snell 2000 or 2002.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 First SS/MA in the TENS! I have one of the G-Force line of Helmets that Jegs sells. I think it's a very good helmet for the money.Later, David Cole

Go to www.helmetcity.comThey have measuring instruction for the helmets. The cheaper ones are a little over $100, or at least they were a few months ago when I bought two. It's Kyle Seipel's company, a fellow bracket racer. SteveW

I tried ordering helments BUT I never could get one I liked unless I tried it on. I did like Shell's friend suggested, I went to a local bike shop. They Usually have good SNEll rated helments. If you can get a snell 95 get that. ------------------ Jerry 69 Mustang Pro ET Drag 70 Mustang retired former footbrake car "Whiskey for my men, beer for my Horses" -- Toby Keith
