Has anyone here ever tried to play "NHRA Drag Racing 2 Limited Edition" on their computer? It's a cool game, realistic sights and sounds, but I've never been able to make it to the end of the 1/4 mile without crashing out. The steering is just too finicky using the arrows on the keyboard. One slight touch of the arrow sends you into the wall...there are adjustments for quicker or slower steering, but, nothing seems to help. Just wondered if anyone has any tips on this GAME... It was no big loss, I picked this up in the auto parts store for $2.00 one time. ------------------

I have NHRA Main Event and has The NHRA Gold addition with it. Loads of fun running Pro Stock. You need a wheel or good joy stick or you will be all over the track. It sure fills the void when your not at the drags or racin.Ed

The fuel cars are hard to steer with the key board, but the prostock is a blast and you get to shift. ------------------ Ben Grabber Green '70 Mach I 351C 4V Robbin Egg Blue '79 Fairmont 351C 4V

I have to get it, but there is a website where you can build your own car too. Main event rules!!!! I can flip a dragster with the best of em!!!!! Im more of a pro stock guy on there. Without a steering wheel, its very hard.

I have the NHRA drag racing 2 game.It was difficult to steer to the other end for me too but I finally got better at it.The other problem I have is when trying to stage, the shift button on the key board is for the brakes if I remember right. If you tap if more than 6 times when staging(which is almost every time)this thing pops up about sticky keys and you redlight I gave up until I get a controller.I have found it is much easier to drive the top fuel dragsters than the floppers though. Its easier to see the track.
