I didn't see any mention of them in the NHRA rulebook..... Do any of you guys know if they would have any concerns with racers running the old rims that have the uni-lug style rims?

I think you'll be ok with them, as long as the studs are long enough.

Yes, with good studs and nuts they are OK.
