I am looking for information concerning factory performance/speed parts used on the MEL (Mercury-Edsel-Lincoln) Engine Series (383-410-430-462) from 1958 thru 1968.

Good luck on that. There wasn't too much available . NASCAR parts for the TBirds and probably some Holman Moody stuff. Very little aftermarket stuff either. Guys that raced those engines in the early 60's said parts weren't common even then. I did see some cool bits at Bakersfield last october...a new-in-crate 430 Police block (what was the difference?) a 3-2V intake and alum. air cleaner, a 6 Stromberg intake ,a fuel injection setup and a set of boxed rods still in a package with Earl Canavan's name on it.
I also have a "mystery T10" probably Mustang but i don't know for sure.
