There will be a "grind number" stamped or engraved on the front or rear face of the cam. The cam was probably returned by somebody and the original owner wrote the "marine cam" in the box.FYI.
When I need an intake I get one from a company that specializes in intakes.
When I need a carb I try to get one from a company that specializes in carbs.
When I need headers, well you know where I'm going with this.
