Ok i have been building and tuning holleys for a long time but what is the real difference between tubed and non-tube shooters?I have tried both because sometimes i only have one of that in a certain size and have never seen any difference. The difference is where they place the shot in the venturi. Some engines with too much cam or too big of a port have a poor intake draw creating a weak signal. The long tube shooters help overcome the stumble.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked."
