This is a longshot, ages ago I found a website with pictures of Mustangs with headers exiting the engine bay under the torque box. All 4 pipes went into the collector side by side rather than in a square. It may have been a 10.5 site, may have had lots of wheelstand pics. Does this ring a bell with anyone, would love to find it again.

Welcome to M&M ! I believe that those headers were made by JR and are marketed by Total Performance in Michigan. I still see them occasionally on some cars.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked." There was a 2 1/8" set of Cleveland headers on Ebay like that a while back. I guessed that they were from the old pro stock days.....

A friend of mine has a set on his SSGT/LA 86 T-Bird with a 289. They made (make?) them for Fox bodies with 289-302, 351W, 351C, and 429-460.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked."
