Hi Guys,

I am hoping you can help me. I am trying to put an engine back together and do not no what sort of clearance I should be giving. I have a Comp Cams Extreme Energy part number CCA 35-250-4 and CCA832 Lifters with roller rockers.

Would appreicate your advise on what the valve clearance should be.

Thanks and regards,

Martin

I used .100 piston to valve using the clay method.

Here's CompCams link on valve clearance:

The general rule is .080 on the intake, .100+ on the exhaust. Unless you run Superstock
