is it worth running an engine oil cooler?
what benefits would i see from running 1?

An oil cooler really only helps if you have an engine that produces a lot of power or runs at high RPM's a lot. Like drag racing. If its just a mild street car (under 300 horse), you will get some benifit from one, but not a lot. Could never hurt though!
