Sure -- MOST (but not all) of the time, IF it's an oversize piston - the amount of overbore size will be stamped on the piston top: 010, 020, 030, etc. Trouble is, if the engine has been run a while, the stamping may be filled in with carbon deposits...... so you may need to CAREFULLY scrape the piston top. It would be best to turn the engine over by hand to bring the piston up to the top of the clyinder (Top Dead Center, TDC) so you prevent any slip and gouge of the cylinder wall.... also don't dig into the metal of the piston head....that won't help any. The only 100% true way would be to borrow somebody's mic or snap gage and hand turn the engine so the piston is 1/2 way down the cylinder then physically measure the diameter of the cylinder.
