Replace it with a C-4. Seriously, you will need several HD hard parts and perform several modifications especially to the valve body and lubrication areas. Is this something you plan on tackling yourself? ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl Quote #1: "I never met a magazine mechanic I liked." Yes, I was planning on doing it myself. The parts for these trannies are expensive though. The C4 that I have is a 68 with 24 spline. If I rebuild it, what would it take to install a stronger input shaft?
