Are these things worth anything? They look like they would help with tight spaces.

Every racer I know that has tried any muffler insert has lost significant ET. (over 2 tenths in the 1/8)

The guy I bought my Falcon from ran inserts, fairly small ones, and lost a tenth in the eighth. They cut maybe a third of the noise. He ran them cause he was running Super Street at NHRA events once in a while. As I understand, the muffler rule hasn't been enforced much so he took them out. I have them and may try them to slow down a bit.

KK's brother tried muffler inserts on his comet, and it slowed it down almost 2 tenths in the 1/8.
