Is there any way to do it, short of buying a $2000 Mustang II conversion kit?

Removing the shock towers is the easy/cheap part. The new suspension gets pricey. SteveW

I just did this to mine, well sortof, I already had a mustang 2 STOCK front end. It is going to cost you about $1200.00 to $1800.00 minumum depending on whether or not you use tubular A arms or not. UNLESS, you can find a GOOD donor mustang 2 front end, then you might do it for less. Jerry
